Can i cancel or change my boo haul order?

You can make changes or cancel the order if it has not been processed yet.

To cancel an order, first, go to contact and leave a message for customer support via Instagram regarding the cancellation. Next, the customer support team will double-check your order to see if it has been processed yet. If your order has already been fulfilled or shipped, we regret to inform you that we are unable to make any further adjustments accordingly.
